Featuring fountain foundation housing a red and white lighthouse with stairs and electrified beacon.  Base of lighthouse is fitted with hand crank grooved wheel which could be linked to a steam plant. When operative and crank is turned, the hinged door at the top of the lighthouse opens to reveal a small lead lighthouse keeper.
