Featuring scalloped edge "paddle covers" stenciled with "Neptune" above allegorical face of the wind, twin funnels, pilothouse, and transom on double-level oval platform. Nearly concealed by the pilot house, the deck is stamped with Fallows' trademark and slogan "IXL" ("I excel").

Paint, loss, wear, and damage. Missing front wheel, transom end, and one funnel top.
