Limited edition, no. 211 of 300 copies signed by Gershwin and illustrator Alajalov, also containing the bonus insert of "Mischa, Yascha, Toscha, Sascha." Intended primarily for pianists, the eighteen songs are presented with only one or two choruses, each song with an accompanying drawing by Constantin Alajalov (1900–1987), who was an illustrator for the New Yorker and the Saturday Evening Post.
