remarkable letter dated 17 April 1843 from Queen Victoria to The King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies congratulating him on the birth of a daughter - Maria Annuziata Elizabeth. The letter is in a secretary's hand but signed and with greetings: Sir my Brother, Your Majesty's Good Sister, Victoria; also the addressed envelope, carried outside the mails; fine.
