Postal Stationery envelope from a serviceman, probably naval, the obverse of the envelope with a skilful pen-and-ink sketch of a cigarette-smoking Mastiff-type dog wearing a peaked naval hat and a collar with a plate inscribed 'O.H.M.S.'; the printed stamp with a circular dumb cancellation of horizontal bars, framed 'PASSED BY CENSOR' alongside in lilac with the censor's initials in manuscript; fine.
