1909 September 9 coloured picture post card of the National Gallery in London, sent from London to Londonderry, franked with a single ½d., tied by the London W.C machine cancellation, the post card has the abbreviated form 'Derry' rather than 'Londonderry' and was sent in error to Derby; manuscript 'Not for Derby', the adhesive further tied by the Derby '7.15 PM' circular date stamp, full impression of the framed 'MISSENT TO DERBY/LETTERS FOR DERRY, IRELAND/SHOULD BE ADDRESSED/LONDONDERRY'; fine. VERY SCARCE.
