Overall good restored condition; the cornice with chip to inside edge of front left canted corner; vertical age crack to central satinwood panel of cornice; gap to doors due to shrinkage; moldings to cornice replaced; at front corners; repaired breaks to arcaded frieze and with small losses; age cracks to sides of lower section; facings to the front corners of the lower section later and lifting with some breaks; hardware replaced; corner blocks to feet later; overall with some old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
