the trapezoidal arched back with fluted frame and curved padded arms above a bow-front fluted seat, flanked by rosettes on tapering fluted legs terminating in cuffed feet at front, with splayed cuffed legs at back; the rails to one with indistinct pencilled inscription Luston (?)7088.
Condition
Later painted; losses to painted decoration especially to backs of frames; batten holes to underside of side rails; The first with the number 237 to interior of front rail; underside of right side rail with repaired breaks at joins with front right and back right legs and now with two rectangular patches; worm damage to rail.
