the later black marble top above a draw slide over a drawer, inlaid with ribbon-tied brass fruiting garland motif on C-scroll supports similarly decorated; the armorial with inscription Ave Maria.

Condition

Marble tops of later date. Brass inlaid engraving faded. Some lifting of brass inlay. Some losses of brass lining and cracking of veneer.

Although the armorial panel definitely is of a bishop, without any colors it is impossible to identify.
