the shaped backrest and wings above an overupholstered seat flanked by outscrolled armrests, raised on acanthus-carved cabriole legs joined by stretchers and ending in claw-and-ball feet.

Condition

Restored condition with worm damage legs especially to front left leg; now with a glossy finish; losses to acanthus carving and with some inpainting; frame not examined; brackets replaced; inpainting to feet with repairs; overall with old marks, scratches scuffs and bruises.
