Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is much brighter in the original, with the background tending more towards ivory. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the depth of the work. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a small incised 3cm mark towards the lower left corner of the plexiglass. There are some light and stable cracks scattered in places to the inside white board, most notably behind the paint lines. All air and glue bubble marks adhering to the inside surface of the plexiglass are inherent to the artist's working process. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
