Condition
This work appears in good condition. There are scattered surface inconsistencies which are inherent to the artists working method and the medium. On the left panel there is a hard 1/8 inch abrasion located 10 inched from the left edge and 3 inches from the top edge. There also scattered soft abrasions visible only under raking light as well as a rub mark located 3 inches from the right edge and 8 inches from the bottom edge. There is a spot accretion located 12 ½ inches from the left edge and 7 ½ inches from the bottom edge. On the right panel there is a 5 inch rub mark located 17 inches from the right edge 15 inches from the bottom edge with an associated hard abrasion. There is also a 2 1/2 inch rub mark located along the right edge 20 inches from the bottom edge. There is a 1 ½ liquid accretion 13 ½ inches from the bottom edge 18 inches from the left edge. There are also scattered other less obtrusive rub marks and accretions on the surface of the left panel. Unframed.
