the silver oklad repoussé and chased, applied with champlevé enamel corners, the robes in silver filigree, the halos with cloisonné enamel, struck with maker's mark SG (Cyrillic), 84 standard

Two minor chips to the left of the mouth of the Mother of God and below the mouth of Christ.
