the bowl and handle decorated with brightly coloured enamel geometric and foliate motifs, the roundel engraved with Imperial cypher of Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich, the gilt interior with Russian dedictation insription: 'Presented by His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich to His Guards Squadron, 1889', 88 standard
Condition
The green enamel on the rosette underneath the handle has very minor cracks in paces, otherwise in good overall condition, consitent with age.
