Condition
Watercolor and pencil on paper. The surface is a bit dirty. The outside edges have been stablized and a tear in the upper left corner has been repaired. The lines from the matt can be seen around the edges of the painting and there is a very minor stain in the upper right corner. In otherwise fine condition. Held under glass and in a gold painted gilded wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
