Folio, beige linen folding box with flaps, signed and inscribed 'To Irene and Eric Aitkin' by the photographer in ink on the front pastedown

These prints are in generally excellent condition.
'Weeping Willow, Eugene' - On the reverse of the mount, there is a small rust-colored dot.
'Reeds and Black Water, Coast' - There is a small rust-colored dot on the right edge of the mount.
'Compressed Car, Schnitzer Steel, Portland'
'Pilings, Siuslaw River' - There is a light graphite smudge on the mount near the lower left edge of the print.

'Eastern Oregon' - The print is lifted from the mount in the lower left and upper right corners of the print. The mount is slightly bowed.
'Rocks and Reflections, Devil's Elbow'
'Pier, Fremont Bridge, Portland' - Visible in high raking light in the lower left corner of the print is a small crescent-shaped crease that does not break the emulsion.
'Wigwam Burner'
'Driftwood, Port Orford'
'Log Pond, Coast' - In raking light, a small vertical line of original retouching is visible in the upper right corner of the image.
'Snow on Rock Wall, The Dalles'
'Flooded Dunes, Florence'
The linen portfolio is in generally very good to excellent condition. The spine and edges are somewhat darkened, and there is evidence of moisture-related disturbances. The inside flap is inscribed, signed, and dated 'To Irene and Eric Aitkin - Brett Weston Carmel Valley 1976.' The left edge of the title page is lightly yellowed, and there is minor foxing on the reverse.
