Condition

These unique large-format Polaroid prints have not been examined out of their frames but appear to be in generally very good condition. The colors are rich and vibrant, with no apparent fading. # 3 Barbie, 1960, in 'Roman Holiday' (1959) outfit - There are 7 small linear creases (ranging from ½- to one-inch) that appear to break the emulsion throughout the print. Bendable-leg Barbies, 1966, in turquoise 'Fashion Editor' (1965) and pink 'Fashion Luncheon' (1966) outfits - There are 5 small linear creases (each measuring approximately one-inch) that appear to break the emulsion throughout the print. The middle of the right edge of the print appears to be trimmed. This is in the margin and does not affect the image. Bendable-leg Barbie, 1967, in 'Gala Abend' (1965) outfit - There are 6 small linear creases (each measuring approximately one-inch or less), some of which appear to break the emulsion, throughout the print. In the lower left quadrant of the image, a few fingerprints are visible. In the upper left quadrant of the image, tiny accretions are visible, likely particles trapped on the surface of the print during processing.
