This early print, on paper with a surface sheen and mounted on cream-colored board, is in generally excellent condition. When examined in raking light, tiny deposits of original retouching are visible in the sky area, as well as a subtly raised area of the outline of the label on the reverse. The reverse of the mount is scuffed and soiled, and there are two strips of transparent tape affixed horizontally across the label. The print has been over matted with two pieces of cloth tape on the reverse of the mount at the top edge.
