Condition

This striking print is in generally good to very good condition. Upon close examination, various pen-point-sized impressions, some of which appear to break the emulsion, are visible primarily at the print's periphery. In raking light, various crescent-shaped creases are visible: in the bottom left quadrant, a 2-inch crease that appears to break the emulsion; two one-inch creases along the bottom edge of the print; and small creases in the top left and right corners, which likely occurred prior to dry-mounting. Also visible in high raking light are diagonal surface lines, which likely occurred during dry-mounting. There is minor edge and corner chipping. On the reverse of the mount, there are light graphite-colored fingerprints from handling.
