Condition
This early print, on paper with a slight surface sheen and with a wide range of gray tones, is in generally very good to excellent condition. The edges are somewhat rubbed, and there are occasional, nearly imperceptible losses at the edges in the lower portion. When examined in raking light, the following are visible: minor creasing in the lower left corner that likely occurred prior to or during mounting; and tiny pinpoint indentations not breaking the emulsion near the center right edge.
