This Polaroid print was made with Polaroid Type 42 film, and has the deckled edge characteristic of the earlier Type 40 series of Polaroid films. The Polaroid database lists the date of this image as circa 1964. This early Polaroid print has a few minor indentations in the lower portion of the image, which are only visible upon close examination – these do not break the emulsion. There are several pieces of cello tape attached to the reverse of the print which have not discolored and do not affect the image.
