This print, on paper with a slight surface sheen, and mounted on Crescent illustration board, is in generally good to very good condition. There are 6 tiny nicks in the edges of the print. In raking light, the following are visible: very small, faint scratches that do not break the emulsion; tiny deposits of original retouching; and a small, soft mounting crease in the upper sky area. The mount is age-darkened, particularly at the periphery. The edges are rubbed, and the corners are bumped and creased. The reverse of the mount is soiled. The annotation, by the photographer in ink, is 'Memo #1286, Print # "D".'
