Condition

This Polacolor print is in generally very good condition. The deep colors are saturated with no apparent fading. Upon close examination, there are 6 small horizontal surface indentation, which do not break the emulsion, in the portion of the image above the sitter's head. In high raking light, the following are visible: a 3½-inch horizontal surface scratch across the sitter's behind that does not break the emulsion; three soft small handling creases in the lower portion of the image; and various tiny disturbances to the glossy surface of the print. This does not detract from the overall fine print quality. The lower print edge is unevenly trimmed.
