Condition

An oak stair comprising 4 banister supports with 32 balusters (11 missing), without steps as illustrated in the catalogue were 2 banister supports are illustrated. Many options can be considered, notably a mix of wood for the riser and floor-tile for the steps, often used in the XVII th century. The oakwood shows various cracks and humidity traces. Due to the oldness of the piece and the nature of the material, this staircase needs some restorations . Please note that handling charges for this lot are 150 € + VAT.
