Condition
The canvas has a fairly old stable lining. The paint surface is in good overall condition though there are many retouchings throughout the sky. There is a restored damage to the upper left of the sky and two small restored damages to the church itself. Otherwise the staffage and architecture seem mostly unaffected. Sold with a gilt wood frame with several small losses.
