Sul fronte nell'angolo in basso a destra si nota un'etichetta con n. 1 ... Ad un primo esame si evidenziano felature all'angolo superiore destro (visibile da foto in catalogo la più lunga cm 15 circa) e sotto la più evidente si nota un chiodo. Il supporto è leggermente imbarcato, altre felature sono visibili a sinistra lungo il bordo. L'esame alla lampada di Wood evidenzia vernice fluorescente distribuita disomogeneamente sulla superficie, sul muro all'estrema sinistra si notano 5 piccoli fori di tarlo restaurati, 7 piccoli ritocchi al centro degli edifici a sinistra e sotto la tettoia grigia al centro sinistra, un ritocco (cm 1 x 0.5 circa) sulla destra dell'acqua a coprire alcune cadute di colore, un ritocco (cm 1 x 1 circa) a coprire piccole mancanze nell'angolo in basso a destra. L'opera si presenta in buone condizioni. On the front lower right hand corner there is a label with n. 1 ... From a first hand inspection cracks are visible near the top right hand corner (visible from the image in the catalogue, the longest cm 15 circa) and next to the longest a nail is visible. The support is a little waved, other cracks are visible along the left hand side edge. The ultra violet light reveals fluorescent varnish dishomogeneously spread over the surface, on the wall on the left hand side 5 woodworm holes restored, 7 retouches over the building on the left and below the grey shed, a retouch (cm 1xo.5 circa) to cover small losses is visible over the right hand side on the water and another (cm 1 x 1 circa) over the lower right ahnd side corner. The overall condition as to the state of preservation is good.
