The canvas has a wax relining and the painting is offered in a modern carved wooden frame in good condition. Quite pronounced craquelure is present in the sky and the paint surface is dirty but secure under quite a thick varnish. A very small loss is present centre right and another upper left, as well as a small restored hole centre right. The paint surface otherwise appears to be in good but dirty condition. Inspection under UV light reveals just minor infilled losses lower right. The painting would benefit from a clean.
