Condition
Callow has used delicate washes in this watercolour and although they are subtle, they have not faded. The sheet has not discoloured, however at various points around the extreme edges, it is just possible to see a faint thin brown line, which is associated with previous mounting. This line does not affect the main image. Both the top and bottom right hand corners have been skilfully restored, however this restoration can only be seen on very close inspection. Overall the condition of the work is good.
