Condition
The colours are slightly more vibrant in the original than they appear in the catalogue illustration.
The stable support appears to consists of 3 horizontal panel cradled to the reverse, in the far left side of the top panel join the paint has lifted very slightly.
The paint surface is clean, secure and in good condition retaining much of its original detail.
Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered minor retouchings and some more significant retouching to the left hand side of the two panel joins and to an area of old damage approx 3 cm squared in the upper right corner.
Offered in a modern stained wooden, northern style frame in good condition.
