Catalogue Note

A fine copy of Leopold Mozart's seminal treatise on the violin in a contemporary binding.  Along with those by C.P.E. Bach and J.J. Quantz, it is one of the most important musical treatises of the eighteenth century, published the year of Wolfgang Mozart's birth.
