Chancery folio (271 x 207mm.), 140 leaves (of 144), 32 lines, Gothic letter, 4-line initial supplied in red, red initial-strokes, nineteenth-century half calf, red edges, lacking [a]1-3 and [p]6 (final blank leaf), first quire with some staining and paper repairs (particularly [a]4 and [a]8), a few small wormholes in text, [k]5 with small section excised from top margin
