Catalogue Note
Jonathan Harvey's music was influenced by Pierre Boulez and especially by his early work at IRCAM, founded by Boulez. His electro-acoustic works "Mortuous plango" and "Speakings", both performed in association with IRCAM were given at the BBC Proms in 2008, and his "Dum transisset sabbatum" was given this year.
