Condition
The board is in good condition, free from warping and cracks. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals retouching on the upper right corner. Some paint loss is evident in the sky on the upper right, as well as a spot on the lower right and on the lower left. Close observation shows a few minor hairline scratches on the lower register. The painting is in overall good condition.
The colours of the actual painting are softer and more pinkish in reality, particularly the grounds.
