The pendant-necklace composed of textured gold links set with round diamonds weighing approximately 15.00 carats, length 36 inches, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, N.Y., numbered 47654.3, 47636.4, 47654.4, 47654.2 and 41726.4, the pendant signed V. Cleef & Arpels, N.Y., numbered 42331, together with two extra gold clasps, pendant detachable, necklace detaches to form various combinations of shorter necklaces and bracelets; the pendant-earclips composed of textured gold links set with round diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 carats, unsigned.
Condition
In good condition with overall surface wear. The necklace bearing a significant heft, approximately 237.7 dwts. Earclips weigh approximately 22 dwts. The pendant-necklace set with 303 round diamonds, the earclips set with 62 round diamonds, G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Gold has areas of discoloration, seen primarily from the reverse; the discoloration on the front seen upon close examination. Could benefit from a gentle professional cleaning to remove these areas of oxidation while keeping the general patina intact . The color of the gold is warmer than indicated by the printed catalogue illustration With few signs of normal wear. The necklace maybe converted into as many as four bracelets, measuring approximately 6 3/4 inches each.
