Description
- STAR RUBY, STAR SAPPHIRE, DIAMOND, WHITE GOLD
The twin ring of cross-over design, one set with a cabochon star ruby and the other set with a cabochon star sapphire weighing 4.95 and 6.48 carats respectively, to a stylised shank pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds altogether weighing approximately 3.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, signed baerjewel. Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to SSEF reports, both the star ruby and star sapphire are natural, of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the ruby is strong red colour, a rare saturation for natural star ruby. The star sapphire is of medium strong blue colour. Both have a fine and centred asterism, slightly included to naked eyes. Upon 10x loupe, there are some natural inclusions which do not affect the visual beauty and not seen when worn. Diamonds are about G to H colours, VS clarity.
Condition: The twin rings can be worn together, or separately, both in very good condition.
