The lorgnette centring flower buds set with old-cut diamonds, calibré-cut rubies and emeralds, edged by two rows of rose-cut diamonds extending to the hoop surmount, flanked by onyx plaques, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.80 carats, mounted in platinum, signed.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the brilliant-cut diamonds are about J to L colours, and rose-cut diamonds are of tinted hue, overall in SI clarity. Rubies are of strong purplish red colour and emeralds are intense green colour, eye clean with surface abrasions, commensurate to its age. Signed "Boucheron Paris". Condition: Minor chips to the onyx at lower bottom, not noticeable unless close and careful check. The spring-hinge functions well and the pair of glasses in good condition. Signs of normal wear and abrasions to the metal, otherwise in good condition.
