Emerald and diamond bangle, Mario Buccellati

The hinged bangle of textured white gold with scroll work yellow gold borders, engraved with stylised foliate wreath elements set with brilliant- and single-cut diamonds, the centre embellished with a collet-set step-cut emerald, circumference approximately 165mm, signed Mario Buccellati.

Stamped 750 for gold. Emeralds stated to weigh approximately 2.22 carats, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, abrasion to facet junctions. Diamonds stated to weigh approximately 1.65 carats, generally G-H colour, VS clarity. Scratches and minor tarnish to gold, commensurate with age and normal wear. In good condition.
