Description

Designed as a stylised dandelion, the pistil set with circular-cut rubies, the petals and leaf decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in yellow gold and platinum, signed V.C.A. and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of jadeite or ruby into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Flower stem stamped with French assay marks for gold and platinum, signed V.C.A and numbered 89380. Rubies well matched in colour, typical crystal inclusions visible with the aid of a 10x lens, some reaching surface. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.00 carats in total, generally G-H colour, VS-SI clarity. Normal signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use and age. In good condition.
