Rectangular, the hinges and clasp enbellished with stylised palmette and papyrus motifs set with square-, single-, circular- and brilliant-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror and four compartments, measurements approximately 148 x 97 x 25mm, maker's marks, fitted case signed Martignetti.

Condition

Total diamond estimated to be approximately 6.00 carats. Scratches to the case consistent with wear. The interior may be removed. Miroir slightly loose. In good condition.
