Description
The wristwatch, to a tonneau-shaped case, millegrain-set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, the gallery engraved in a scroll motif, mounted in platinum, length approximately 160mm, case signed Plojoux Genève and numbered, Swiss assay marks, with two additional metal links, the ring of modified oblong form set with baguette, square-, circular- and single-cut diamonds, size 49.
Condition
Wristwatch: Metal tested as platinum. Case stamped Plojoux Geneve and numbered 1292. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 2.00 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity (few I's). With an additional plain link measuring approximately approximately 1.00cm. Mechanical movement in running condition at the time of cataloguing, but please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches commensurate with age and use. In good condition.
Ring: Metal tested as platinum. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 3.50 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, one baguette with a large chip visible under close inspection. Sizing band and evidence of resizing. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use and age. In good condition.
