Condition

One of the commodes is lighter color than its companion, most probably due to sun damage. Both commodes present circular water stains to top and present scratches consistent with use. The molded edge of both tops with minor chips. The darker commode has a different construction than its companion. The sides are made of three sections, hence the construction line that is visible to its sides. The darker commode has a later back while lighter has retained its original. The top of darker commode is made of two sections and the line of construction is visible. Both commodes present usual minor dents scratches and nicks consistent with age and use and both with extensive visible wear to feet. Discoloration and oxidation to patina of brass handle and keyhole escutcheons.
