Condition
The canvas is unlined and well stretched. There is craquelure throughout the canvas. Under ultraviolet light, there appears to also be extensive inpainting throughout the work including to half of the lower right edge extending upwards 4 in. from the bottom, the entire upper right corner, the lower left corner and extensively throughout the sky, trees and grass. The surface is heavily varnished and appears to be in stable condition.
