Visible under raking light, there appear to be scattered retouched: there is a possible retouch to the man on the far right in an area 5 inches below his armpit. There are more possible retouches on the second man's shoulder (from right to left), on the deer's body, and on the upper left corner area. There are a few scattered stains by the deer's head and another stain on the bottom of the plant on the far left. There are some frame abrasions on the left side of the upper margin.
