Description
- SILVER, GOLD, AMETHYST AND DIAMONDS
Centring on an oval amethyst framed by circular-cut and rose diamonds and open work foliate motifs similarly set, detachable brooch fitting.
Condition
Mounted in silver and gold. Amethyst a medium purple with moderate saturation of colour, typical inclusions visible with magnification, scratches and nicks to table facets, measuring approximately 29 x 19.35 x 11.2mm, calculated to weigh approximately 35.11 carats. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 4.00 carats, of mixed colours and clarities. Mount with indentations, evidence of polishing/cleaning. In very good condition.
