- GOLD, DIAMOND, ENAMEL AND RUBY
The hinged bangle designed as a fantastical creature decorated with green and red guilloché enamel, cabochon ruby eyes, the head applied with a cushion-shaped diamond further accented with circular-cut and rose stones, inner circumference approximately 155mm.
Condition
Principal cushion-shaped diamond measuring approximately 7.5 x 7.15 x 6.9 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 3.06 carats, estimated Colour H/I, estimated Clarity I, graded in the yellow gold mount, (NB. very difficult to measure depth), remaining total diamond weight approximately 4.50 - 5.50 carats, bright, lively stones. Rubies pinkish red, well matched. Some losses to green enamel. Clasp a little stiff, secure, scratches to polished surfaces consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
