DIAMOND BROOCH, LATE 19TH CENTURY

Designed as an en tremblant floral and foliate spray set with pear-, cushion-shaped and rose-cut diamonds, one small rose-cut diamond deficient.

Mounted in silver and gold. Pear-shaped diamond approximately 0.70 carats, estimated colour H+, estimated clarity SI2, remaining diamonds bright, of mixed colours and clarities. Sliding safety catch. Piece later rhodium plated, some wear to reverse with yellow showing through. Scratches consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
