The cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 5.50 carats.
Condition
Accompanied by CISGEM report no.49966, stating that the sapphire has no indications of heating with an origin opinion of Sri Lanka. Measurements approximately 11.5 x 7.85 x 6.4mm, medium strong blue saturation of colour. Typical crystal inclusions, one surface reaching below girdle, one noticeable face up, but should not be distracting if mounted. Minute abrasions noticeable under magnification. In good condition.
