Description

  • SILK, CARNELIAN, AGATE, CORAL, DIAMOND
Comprising: a gold silk brocade bag to an annular carnelian clasp, a buff silk interior and mirror, measurements approximately 280mm x 145mm x depth 30mm to 55mm, signed Cartier Made in France, case Cartier, London; together with a small cylindrical shaped clutch covered in a spotted brocade, to a circular agate and coral clasp inset with a rose-cut diamond, opening to reveal a mirrored compartment and comb, signed Cartier Made in France, case, Cartier, Paris.

Condition

Gold bag: light scratches to clasp, carnelian semi translucent with darker patches of colour. Clutch bag: coral chipped. Both pieces have been later recovered and have their original bags with them. In good condition.
