Signed in pencil. Not examined out of frame; whole sheet is visible. In good condition. Colors very vibrant. Sheet has deckled edge on lower edge and appears to be hand cut at other edges. Very slight discoloration to sheet. Small crease lower right corner. Slight creases in boat and water at center and at upper left edge. Scattered minute and very shallow scratches.
