The work is in good condition. The canvas is not lined. The surface is dirty. There are two pin-size holes, one beneath his left eye and the other in the box labeled Coca cola. There is a small paint loss in the sky above the boat far right. Some craquelure throughout the thick impasto, particularly in the water. UNDER UV; no apparent inpainting.
